  • Discussion of the challenges that can be encountered on the yoga journey and ways to overcome them 

  • Explanation of the role of asanas, pranayama, and meditation in the larger tradition of yoga 

  • Comprehension of key phrases from the yoga sutras and their practical application in honing one's yoga techniques
