Micro-Certificate in Fluent Samskritam Speaking (MCFSS) | HUA

The Micro Certificate in Spoken Samskritam (MCSS) is a four-quarter 6-credit-hour, leisurely exploration of Samskritam as a spoken language. It prepares students who are familiar with the Samskritam (aka "Sanskrit") DevanAgarii script but have lacking fluency in conversational aspects to attain a level of Conversational Proficiency through simple situations and skits.

In the
Hindu University of America, Samskritam is approached as a living language that reflects and enriches the culture and civilization as well as its wisdom and worldview as well as its spirituality and philosophy. In addition, taking Samskritam up as a living language the MCSS course focuses on a variety of aspects of the Sanskrit language, including writing, reading and speaking, listening and understanding. The ability to access Samskritam will give students to speak fluently and easily. The MCSS is a base for all students ranging from High School to.

Every new word you learn brings an increased sense of achievement and, as students successfully learn to memorize vocabularies, master the fundamental rules of grammar and begin to construct complete sentences, each one is a significant achievement similar to advancing in the game.

Every test and quiz that is that is passed successfully can trigger an endless cycle of virtuousness that leads the student to greater success. If the language being learned is Samskritam the pleasure of learning is multiple as it gives an immediate access to the master-key to the living Hindu Civilization, to the narratives and texts of its rich tradition of yoga, dharma, Jnana, art, music and dance, and the many spiritual and cultural traditions.

The MCSS is aimed at students who are eager to learn and speak the language of their choice, and those who want to learn about the texts and the literature from the Hindu and Indic world, as well as its many knowledge systems.
